Raw session files are stored on secure local RAID arrays for thirty (30) days following your session to allow for revisions and backup downloads, after which they are permanently wiped unless a retention contract is in effect.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information. We only share data with essential infrastructure partners (e.g., our Canadian web host and cloud delivery platforms) necessary to execute our services.
