Terms of Service

1. Studio Reservations & Booking Rates

Bookings made with fylil are confirmed upon receipt of booking authorization and invoice settlement. Base studio sessions start at 190 EUR (or Canadian dollar equivalent calculated at time of invoice) for a standard 2-hour recording block.

2. Session Time & Overtime

Session time commences at the scheduled reservation hour. We recommend hosts and guests arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled block. Sessions extending beyond the booked time frame are billed in 30-minute increments subject to engineer and room availability.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• More than 48 hours notice: You may reschedule your session at no additional penalty, or request a complete credit voucher.
• Less than 48 hours notice: Cancellations made under 48 hours are subject to a 50% studio retention fee to compensate our engineering crew.
• No-shows: Sessions are non-refundable in the event of client failure to appear.

4. Equipment Care & Studio Conduct

Clients and guests are expected to treat sensitive microphones, cinema cameras, and acoustic hardware with appropriate care. Clients assume liability for any equipment damage caused by intentional abuse or gross negligence.

5. Content Rights & Intellectual Property

Clients retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all podcasts, vocal performances, audio files, and video footage recorded on premises. fylil claims no copyright or royalties over recorded client content.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved within the judicial district of Toronto, Ontario.
